Who travels as a group
A group can be whatever you want it to be. A group of ladies who would rather travel with women. A group of friends who have been talking about it for years. Two or three families going away together. All of them travel with us on the same basis.
The one requirement for the exclusive group rate is that you form your own group of six — your friends, your family, your circle. We do not match you up with other travellers. Get to six and the price drops, the rooms are held as one block, and the whole trip is put together around your group rather than around a calendar.
Groups stay small on purpose — never more than twenty — because that is the difference between a holiday and a coach tour. If you are travelling on your own, you can still join one of our open departures below and arrive to a group that is already talking.
All done for you
Nobody in the group has to be the organiser. That is our job.
We hold the rooms as one block, sort out who is sharing with whom, confirm halal and dietary requirements with the resort, and set up a group chat so everything is agreed before anyone packs.
Transfers are booked and waiting, check-in is arranged for the group in one go, and your days out are already in the diary. No queuing, no hire cars, no deciding on the spot.
Excursions, meals, spa slots and the trip home all handled, with one person looking after the group the whole way through if anything needs changing.

Six travelling together is the minimum for the exclusive group rate. Under six you are very welcome on any of our open departures at the normal price.
No. Twin-share keeps the cost down and we'll match you with someone, but a single room is always an option for a supplement.
Yes. Tell us when you enquire and the group and the rooming are women only throughout. It is one of the options, not the only one.
It holds your place. The rest is due before departure and you can pay it in one go or spread it — your booking page shows what's left.
It is arranged with the resort before we arrive on any trip where you ask for it. Any other dietary needs, tell us when you book.
On most trips, no — it is stated on every one. We will tell you which flights the group is on so you can book alongside.
