Your message comes straight to us. There is no call centre and no ticket number — you get a reply from the person who will be organising your trip.
If you are asking about an open trip we will tell you what is left, what the room options are, and what the total comes to for your party. If you are asking about a group, we will come back with a price and hold the rooms while you get everyone to agree.
Nothing is taken from your card by sending an enquiry, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
