Pool at a five-star resort

The money side, in plain English

How booking works

You do not pay for the whole holiday on day one. A £50 deposit holds your place, and the balance is spread out over the months before you fly.

£50 holds your placePer person, paid by card. Your place is held the moment it clears.
Balance 8 weeks beforePay it in one go or in chunks, whenever suits you.
Klarna on the full amountWhere Klarna offers it, you can spread the payment.
ABTA Member P7384Your money is protected, and there is no booking fee.

Start to finish

From enquiry to wheels up

Five stages, and you only ever pay at two of them. Everything in between is us doing the arranging.

The short version

£50 now to hold it · the rest by 8 weeks before you fly · we book the rooms, transfers and days out · you turn up.

  1. Step one · no payment

Pick your trip, or ask us

Every open trip has its own page with the dates, the hotel, what is included and the price per person. If you are not sure, send an enquiry and we will talk it through — there is no obligation and nothing is taken from your card.

  2. Step two · £50 per person

    Pay your deposit

The deposit button on the trip page takes you straight to a secure Stripe checkout. Pay £50 per person by card and your place is held from that moment. You get a confirmation on screen and by email with your booking reference.

  3. Step three · the months in between

    Pay the balance your way

The rest is due 8 weeks before departure. You can clear it in one payment or send chunks whenever it suits — there is no set instalment plan and no interest. We send you a reminder before the due date so nothing creeps up on you.

  4. Step four · about a month before

    Your details and your itinerary

We collect passport names, room preferences and any dietary or accessibility needs, then send the full itinerary: where you are staying, who is meeting you at the airport, what is happening on each day and a number to call.

  5. Step five · you travel

    We do the rest

Rooms, transfers, excursions, the group chat and someone contactable while you are away. If a flight moves or a plan changes, that is our problem to sort out, not yours.

Three ways

How you can pay

All payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Deposit now, balance later

The usual way. £50 per person holds your place today and the rest is due 8 weeks before you fly, paid however suits you.

£50 per person to book

Pay in full

Prefer to be done with it? Pay the whole trip in one go on the trip page. Nothing else to think about until the itinerary lands.

Spread it with Klarna

Klarna appears as an option at the Stripe checkout when you pay in full. What it offers depends on the amount and on Klarna, not on us — the exact terms are shown on the trip page and again at checkout.

Where your money sits

We are a Member of ABTA, membership number P7384. For the packages we sell that do not include a flight, that membership protects the money you pay us and covers getting you home in the unlikely event we go out of business. Card payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card number. Klarna, where offered, is provided by Klarna under their own checks and terms. The full detail is in our terms and conditions.

No surprises

What the price covers

This varies by trip and it is written on every trip page. As a rule:

In

Included in the price

  • Your room for the nights stated, on the board basis stated
  • Airport transfers at the destination
  • The excursions and days out listed on the trip page
  • Everything organised end to end, with a contact while you are away
  • Dietary and halal requirements arranged with the resort in advance
Out

Not included

  • Flights — on most of our trips these are not included, and we say so clearly on the trip page. We tell you which flights the group is on so you can book alongside us.
  • Travel insurance, which you must have in place
  • Visas, and any vaccinations you need
  • Meals and drinks outside the board basis stated
  • Anything personal — spa, shopping, tips, extra excursions

Before you ask

The questions we get most

Is the £50 deposit refundable?

No — it is what holds your place and pays for the rooms we block off for you. Everything you pay after that is covered by the cancellation scale in our terms.

Can I pay the balance in instalments?

Yes. There is no fixed plan — send what you like, when you like, as long as it is all cleared by the due date. Just tell us and we will send you a payment link.

What if I book late?

If you book inside 8 weeks of departure the full amount is due at the time of booking. The site will tell you that before you pay.

Do I have to share a room?

No. Prices are quoted per person sharing a twin because that keeps them down, but a single room is always available for a supplement — ask and we will price it.

Do you book my flights?

On most trips flights are not included. We tell you exactly which flights the group is on so you can book the same ones, and we plan the transfers around them.

What if I need to cancel?

Tell us as early as you can. What you get back depends on how close to departure you are — the scale is set out in full in our terms and conditions.

Ready when you are

Two trips are open for September. Hold a place for £50, or send us a question first — we reply the same day.

Still not sure?

Ask us anything about paying

Whether you can split the balance differently, whether a date can move, whether we can hold rooms while you get everyone to agree — just ask. Nothing is taken from your card by sending this.
